  1. Consult with a Mural Artist: Our mural artists will come meet with you and get the process started. We will study the space, get an understanding of the theme and styles that you desire, and will take note of any specific points you make about your space or design. 

  2. Sketch and Conceptualize: Based on the initial consultation, the artist will develop preliminary sketches or digital mock-ups to visually convey the proposed design. This helps to ensure they are aligned with the customer's expectations before proceeding further.

  3. Refinement and Approval: The artist will present the initial sketches to the customer for feedback and further refinement. This stage involves discussion and possible adjustments to ensure the design accurately reflects the customer's vision.

  4. Detailed Planning: Once the design is approved, the artist will create a detailed plan or blueprint for the mural. This includes finalizing the composition, determining the materials needed, and planning the execution process.

  5. Surface Preparation: Before starting the mural, the artist prepares the wall surface by cleaning, priming, and possibly applying a base coat to ensure the mural adheres properly and the colors appear vibrant. This is the beginning of onsite work.

  6. Execution: Using the finalized design as a guide, the artist begins the mural painting process. This typically involves layering colors, detailing elements, and carefully following the planned composition to achieve the desired effect. Projectors, stencils, and references are used in this process.

  7. Progress Updates: Throughout the painting process, the artist may provide progress updates to the customer if they are not around to inspect it. This allows for ongoing feedback and ensures any adjustments can be made as needed to maintain alignment with the customer's expectations.

  8. Completion and Final Inspection: Once the mural is completed, the artist will conduct a final inspection to ensure quality and completeness. They then invite the customer to inspect the mural and address any final adjustments or touch-ups if necessary.

  9. Sealing and Protection: After final approval, the artist may apply a protective sealant or varnish to the mural to enhance durability and protect against UV rays, moisture, and other environmental factors. This is not always required and is additional charge.

  10. Customer Satisfaction: Throughout the entire process, the artist prioritizes customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring the final mural meets or exceeds expectations.
